Much of our research deals with health in rural California.  This program area focuses on access to health care for vulnerable populations, health assessments, healthy eating, food security, pesticide exposure and other aspects of environmental and community health. We work to improve rural health by assessing the current status of communities and exposing health needs while proposing solutions.
